(no subject)

Huh, now I feel kind of bad for never liking Jonathan Katz. He'd always come around to the artists (back when Dr. Katz was still, you know, being made) and make cheery conversation while we were all toiling away for horrible wages, listening to his dull voice on cassette over and over again, trying desperately to think of something funny to draw in the background. He always sort of seemed to be expecting more awe from us. He seemed as if he wanted us to stop tracing Ben's hat, turn sunnily toward him with hands in lap, and ask him cute questions he could respond to in a humorous fashion. Also the art department was run by wolves.
This is probably the funniest thing I've ever heard out of him (about having multiple sclerosis):

''You know, it's not fun." He corrects himself. ''The scooter is fun."
