This great guy came to look at our (horribly defiled by our presence) apartment last night. Even though he arrived an hour late, we forgave him instantly, because he was so great. He was like a somewhat gay Groucho Marx (redundant? Who can say?). He had a black bandanna around his neck, and he said he had so many nephews that he couldn't remember which ones liked frogs and mice, and which ones didn't. He took notes of approximately every word we said, and since he wasn't doing any Groucho impressions, I wanted to do some for him, and see if he'd write them down.
If he doesn't get our apartment after us, I'll JUST DIE.

It does! Although we haven't officially _closed_ yet. The owners are moving out, however, so that's promising. Even though they're taking all the bathroom mirrors with them for some reason.
