Blah! Damn it! Schwa has pointed out that part of the (presumably real) soundtrack for Minna Daisuki Katamari Damacy had been leaked... and it's stuff I already have! And love! And don't need recontextualised! I WANTED A SHINY NEW SOUDTRACK! Blast it all to Calcutta!

If they composed new, game-specific music for the first one, why wouldn't they do the same for the second one?

Makes me think the soundtrack may be fake.

I hope so, but this second game was definitely a quick one. They may have not had time.
